We ship to Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and to international destinations. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.
CAN LUISA LEITAO ACCESSORIES LIMITED SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We can only ship to one address per order. If the order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, these items need to be placed as separate orders for each address.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Free shipping is offered on single orders of 3 or more pairs of sunglasses to Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau, and 5 or more pairs of sunglasses for orders to all other destinations.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, we will charge a flat rate for shipping:
HK$30 to Hong Kong
HK$50 to China, Taiwan & Macau
HK$150 to all other destinations
Shipping is calculated automatically and the cost will be included with your order at check out. Orders are generally sent out within 2 business days of confirmation of the order. For HK orders, shipping will take 1-3 business days and shipping period varies for destinations out of HK. We are unable to redirect orders once the items are dispatched, please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address.
WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?
There are international import and export regulations that we must adhere to.
For some destinations, delays in delivery may be due to local customs clearance procedures and additional taxes that may be levied. Kindly note that any additional customs taxes and clearance fees will not be borne by Luisa Leitao Accessories Limited. If you have any inquiries, please contact your local customs office for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 3 days of receipt of your purchase for any exchange requests. Requests made after this deadline will not be granted. The return item(s) must be sent out within 3 days after making the exchange request. Items should be returned new, unused and in its original packaging of Luisa Leitao Accessories Limited. Items which are not received in the above conditions will not be exchanged. Unfortunately, Luisa Leitao Accessories Limited will not be responsible for the shipping cost of return.
