DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you need to set up an account to place an order but the process is simple and painless. To create your account, simply click 'Sign in' and then 'Register now' to fill in the form. You must provide an email address and upon successful registration, we will send you an email confirmation. Please also provide a mailing address for the delivery of your purchase.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have forgotten your password follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page, complete the form and provide your registered email, we will revert your password by the email.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please note that even if an item is saved in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until your order payment is complete. WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

There are international import and export regulations that we must adhere to.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DISPLAY CURRENCY?

The option to change the display currency is located at the top right of the page for selections: USD, RMB, HKD. Please note that you will still be charged in HKD upon completion of your purchase.

CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can only ship to one address per order. If the order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, these items need to be placed as separate orders for each address.

WILL THERE BE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm that it has been received.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For orders placed outside of Hong Kong, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 3 days of receipt of your purchase for any exchange requests. Requests made after this deadline will not be granted. The return item(s) must be sent out within 3 days after making the exchange request. Items should be returned new, unused and in its original packaging of Luisa Leitao Accessories Limited. Items which are not received in the above conditions will not be exchanged. Unfortunately, Luisa Leitao Accessories Limited will not be responsible for the shipping cost of return.
